Project Description:
Fast-track steel structure project of re-implementing and reconstructing one of ALV’s warehouses, with an area of approximately (10,100) square meters, which was exposed to a fire hazard within the Village/Aqaba site. The project also included special hoarding, maintenance and replacement of damaged items, specialized internal mechanical works related to the type of stored materials used by the ALV.

Project Description:
The Project, located in the Aqaba Industrial Area, involved the complete design, construction, and delivery of a 2,925 m² warehouse (65 m × 45 m, 18 m high) for the safe storage of potash under controlled environmental conditions. Under a design-and-build framework, the contractor handled all architectural, structural, and MEP designs, ensuring full compliance with the Employer’s requirements and international standards. The project concluded with external and finishing works, including access roads, paved areas, and asphalt layers totaling 20 cm in thickness to support industrial traffic. Through meticulous planning, safety compliance, and coordinated execution, the project achieved a fully integrated, high-quality industrial facility meeting all technical specifications and performance standards.
